Yes, our Noon Botanica incense sticks are designed for your workday lunch break or midday yoga session. Designed for upliftment, to reset and realign with your goals and intentions. 

Is this incense non-toxic?

Yes, all Oracle Altar incense is non-toxic.

Most incense on the market is mass-produced, dipped in synthetic fragrance oils, and diluted with chemicals that overwhelm the senses rather than refine them.

Oracle Altar is different. Our incense is handcrafted in India using a rare cold-pressed method: natural tree resins, fine wood powders, coconut charcoal, and fragrant herbs are pressed directly onto bamboo - never dipped, never diluted. The result is a cleaner, more elegant burn with minimal smoke and a fragrance experience as smooth as a luxury perfume.

Only the slightest touch of cosmetic-grade fragrance oil is added to enhance complexity - without the heaviness of synthetics or the risks associated with indoor air pollution.

Is this incense safe for indoor use?

Yes, definitely. However, we always recommend having a window cracked open a little to let in some fresh air and improve ventilation. Incense should never be inhaled directly.

Is this incense vegan?

Yes, all Oracle Altar incense is vegan. We do not use honey or any animal-derived binders (like gelatine). 

Does this incense produce a lot of smoke?

No, it is a low-smoke incense - a lot less smoky than most incense on the market.

How long will my incense stick burn for?

Approximately 45 minutes

Why does my incense go out sometimes?

The ember on the stick may not have formed properly. Let it burn for a few seconds longer so you can see a flame on the stick, and have left it burning for a few moments until you blow it out.

How do I put my incense out early?

Don\'t have time to let the whole stick burn? No worries, you can press the glowing tip into sand, dirt or under some water to stop it - you can light the rest later.

Does incense expire?

No, incense does not expire, but the fragrance can fade over time, so it is best to use it within a few years after it is made and store it in a cool, dry environment (out of sunlight and humidity).

Is my incense on a stick?

Yes, our incense is crafted onto a bamboo stick, ready to be placed into an incense holder.

Is incense a better home fragrance choice over candles and other alternatives?

It depends on personal preference, but yes, incense is a wonderful option if you want a quick, intense home fragrance, creating a mindful and sacred atmosphere. It is often a more budget-friendly and natural option compared to some candles.
