The Mardi Turban Headband

This piece is part of my 2017 sustainable mini collection called the Divine Fusion, a collection of turban headbands inspired by fusion bellydancers Rachel Brice & Mardi Love and old times silver screen actresses.

Easy to wear, just put it on and you are ready to go.

Size: universal size.

Colour: black base with geometrical hand set rhinestones pattern in gun metal gray, with shimmering fabric in green, and petrol blue shades with silver colour metallic threads

Material: 88% viscose, 22% metal, cotton, rhinestones

Sustainability footprint: 98% repurposed materials 

I always choose the best pictures I can. However, colours may vary slightly in appearance depending on the settings of your screen.

Curiosity: I\'ve been reluctant to sell this piece ever since I made it back in 2017 as a part of my sustainable mini collection Divine Fusion. The four other pieces (also turban headbands) of this collection are long gone, but I kept Mardi as a memory. 

This piece is named after a true force of nature, Mardi Love who made me fall in love with fusion bellydance. Discovering this new world was a turning point for me, both personally & artistically, so maybe that is why the Mardi turband holds a special place in my heart.
