If you enjoy a scrumptious cinnamon roll, then you will love these. They are not cloyingly sweet yet have everything a great cinnamon roll should have. A light airy texture, amazing cinnamon taste woven throughout and a generous amount of delectable cream cheese glaze.

We use no commercial yeast - our dough is 100% naturally leavened with wild yeast. We patiently let our brioche dough proof and rise over 24 hours to give it the time (and love) to puff up and become soft and light. This yields a tender and delicate crumb in the cinnamon bun.

Choose your icing option: We can spread it on for you - this is best if you\'ll eat the buns soon. Or we can pack the icing in a separate container - this is best if the buns are for another day and you can warm the buns and spread the icing on a warm bun.
