Fleur de Sel Spring Salt

Vera Salt’s Fleur de Sel is a naturally formed salt that blooms on the surface of our protected spring beds under just the right mix of sun, breeze, and patience. Harvested entirely by hand in small batches, these diamond crystals are denser and crunchier than our Flake Salt, delivering a satisfying texture and a clean, delicate flavor. Perfect as a finishing touch when you want a pronounced crunch and a subtle burst of salinity.

Storage conditions: After opening, store in a cool, dry place. There may be some clumps as we do not use any additives, preservatives, or anti-clumping agents.
