For centuries, long noodles have been shared during life’s most meaningful moments—symbolizing longevity, health, and lasting bonds. Grand Noodle brings this timeless tradition to your table with a colorful twist.

Our noodles are inspired by Obangsaek, the five traditional Korean colors that reflect balance in the universe through the harmony of yin, yang, and the five elements. These vibrant hues were once worn by children on their first birthday and by brides on their wedding day—believed to protect against bad spirits and bring blessings for the future.

We use natural ingredients—sweet pumpkin, chives, beet, rice, and black rice—not only for their beautiful colors but also for their rich nutrients and symbolic meaning. Every strand of Grand Noodle carries a wish for health, happiness, and a life shared with loved ones.

Featured Recipe: Perilla Oil Beet Noodles

Ingredients (1 serving):• 100g Beet Noodles• 5 perilla leaves, shredded• 1 tbsp whole perilla seeds• 3–4 tbsp perilla oil• 2 tbsp salt (to taste)

Instructions:

1. 
   

   Mix oil and salt. Soak shredded perilla leaves in cold water.

   Boil noodles. As it boils, add cold water 3 times. Cook for 4–5 minutes.

   Rinse in cold water, squeeze gently.

   Toss with oil mixture, top with perilla seeds and leaves. Enjoy!
