South Shore Sea Salt had its simple start in 2018 and is now a family run business - Marsha and  Andrew Wilson, (mother and son), co-own and work full-time in the business, with occasional help from husband/dad Craig as well as sister and founder, Rebecca during the busy market season. South Shore Sea Salt is located on the Wilson family homestead in Hubbards, NS, Canada, where they do everything from initial sea water collection, processing of salt, bottling, packaging and order fulfillment, all of which continues to be a labour of love.
