Spicy Mango Chicken Recipe - Serves 3

Method of Preparation:

1. Gently heat the oil and add the Rani Mild Curry Paste. Add the water and gently fry until almost all of the water has evaporated.

2. Then add the onions and fry for 5 minutes until soft.

3. Add the chicken and dry until sealed.

4. Stir in the tomatoes, cover and simmer for 15 minutes of until the chicken is cooked through.

5. Stir in the Rani Sweet Mango Chutney and served garnished with the chopped coriander, diced tomato and fresh mango.

Ingredients Needed:

• 6 tbsp water


• 115g canned chopped tomatoes


• 1 tbsp Rani Mango Chutney


• 1 tbsp fresh coriander


• 2 tbsp vegetable oil


• 500g chicken breast, diced


• 1 onion, chopped


• 4 tsp Rani Mild Curry Spice Paste
