Lean Dean Complete Meal shake, is dairy (lactose-free) soya free, NON GMO, and gluten free. It’s designed by myself and a team of nutritionists. This complete shake delivers the perfect ratios of protein (amino acids), essential fats, carbohydrates and vitamins & minerals. Yes it has a fairly high carbohydrate content and has been created this way on purpose because I want to break the stigma of belief that carbohydrates make you fat. That is only the case when carbohydrates are consumed with fats, as the body will choose to store the fat and elect to use the carbohydrates as its preferred energy choice but this blend is low in fat so there will be no storing of fat only the body utilising the carbohydrates for energy.

Many meal replacements contain seeds, high in omega 6 fats, which quickly oxidise and can cause digestive issues such as gas and bloating as a result. We opted for a blend low in rancid fats (seeds like flax) and free from allergens (dairy, gluten, soya) delivering a product that is smooth and easy on the digestive system. It can be used as weight gainer by having two shakes a day on top of your normal calorie intake or even as a weight loss aid as promoted in the Get Lean in 30 programme.
