HOT ! The duel. Sterling crossed starling claws.

Part of the doppleganger series, this stunning & slightly menacing necklace is composed of two sterling silver cast starling claws. Crossed & joined immortal at the forearms, these claws create a strange silhouette. This necklace was created in the idea of coat of arms of armor, the idea of crossed swords portraying a symbol of both fierce protection and unity. As twins, the claws perfectly mirror the other, also alluding to my obsessive them of dopplegangers or conjoined twins. The image of both is a personal metaphor for me of the duel between our inner and outer selves. This necklace serves as a reminder of all of these themes or simply serves as a grande aesthetic statement. Sterling silver pendant and bar link chain are oxidized to our signature gloomy grey finish and then finished to reveal the highlights beneath. 

Nearly 2 1/2 inches long 2 1/4 wide at it\'s widest.
