  Ruffle shorts are so pretty! The fabric is perfectly designed with little pumpkin patches, ghosts, and scary trick or treaters. Complete with black ruffles. Shorts have a generous fit~ please refer to size chart and email us with ANY questions!!

• Handmade bow sold separately, with your choice of headband or clip. Let us know if you prefer something smaller than 6-7 inches!
