Real Cicada wing necklace. Made from professionally preserved Linnaeus\'s 17 Year Cicada wings (Magicicada septendecim). A simple yet mesmerizing pendant, with a lovely silver botanical pattern closing around the clear wing with perfect patterns and lines. Waxed cotton double slipknot cord can easily be adjusted to any size approximately 15\"-30\" for body and wardrobe inclusivity. Sterling silver bail.

The wings have been preserved through an intricate process leaving them waterproof and similar in wear and care to eyeglass lenses, while retaining the delicate edges through meticulous artist skill.

All wings are ethically sourced from and for conservation.
