- I am a handmade, made to order, personalized small business and because of this, I do not offer refunds.  In certain cases, shop credit may be offered but it is up to STITCHED by Taiylor and will depend on the reason a refund is requested.

- If you should need to cancel your order after 24 hours, you will be responsible for the cost to restock the sweatshirt.  I do not keep my own inventory and would need to return to my supplier.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:

My current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.  These specific shirts take more time to create as it\'s like doing 3 shirts in one.  Please keep in mind that my turnaround time is subject to change with an increase in orders and other reasons that may impact me as a small business.  As always, I try to ensure faster turnaround times but cannot promise them.

All items are made to order and once they are shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking number.  Your order will typically arrive within 3-5 days after shipping.
