This kilim from Black Sea region of Turkey is made with pure organic off-white hemp dyed in slate gray or greenish -gray with varying degrees of intensity giving it a nearly tye-dye look. Very nice and nappy binding on each side border. It has several hand sewn patches..
Pure hemp is cool to the touch and underfoot and is a great choice in warmer climates.
