This is a massive pan, 26cm or 10 1/4 inches across and 12 cm high or 4 3/4 inches. It is made from 1.3mm copper.

We purchased this from a large flea market in Le Mans northern Sarthe. This has been totally refurbished and given a new tin lining

This has been the mainstay of a professional kitchen and it shows. This is the one pot that shows that you are a serious Chef or \'chef sérieux\'.

It is totally professionally made. The handles are fixed securely with three copper rivets as is the top handle.
