Stainless Steel Cookware Instructions

1. Pre-Use Cleaning: Although our ceramic cookware is hand-polished before packaging. we recommend washing it with warm. soapy water before first use.

2. Heating: Our pots and pans design enables faster heat distribution. (Medium heat with our cookware equals Medium-High in conventional brands). Start low and increase temperature gradually as needed. We reccomeend:

Medium-Low Heat For Gener Cooking

Medium-High Heat For Searing

3. Seasoning: Coat cookware interior with 1 tsp oil & heat pans on medium-low 2-3 minutes. natural seasoning develops through regular cooking during initial weeks.

4. Cleaning Guide: Safe for metal utensils and abrasive cleaners (steel wool recommended). For tough stain. soak in warm soapy water 10-15 mins then scrub with abrasive sponge. Note: overheating can cause brown or blue stains. This is not a defect in the product; it occurs from using a too high heat setting (typically in an empty or minimally filled pan).
