We’re a husband-and-wife team based in South Seattle, inspired by family recipes and Hawaiian flavors we grew up on. What started in our home kitchen turned into Keola’s Mochi & Eats, where everything is still made by hand and baked to order.

We add our own touch to each flavor—like our signature crispy top—for a mochi that’s just a little different from the rest.
