Hand made using sustainably grown and sourced timber and natural fibres, the Tissé dining chair has an elegantly modern timber frame with handwoven seat and back panels.

A combination of classic coastal style, modern comfort and thoughtful durability have all be carefully considered in the execution of the Tissé Dining Chair.

- Woven seat panels have been double layered for extra strength

- Underneath the seat features crossbars for extra strength and reinforcement- Design is completed with the signature Worn brass tag applied into the internal back frame.

Sustainability

Please note, all items will differ from the images in colour and tone, plus slight cracks splits and dents will occasionally occur due to the nature of timber. These characteristics make every item unique.

Entirely handmade using natural non-chemically treated materials from sustainably farmed plantations.

This product is included in our ‘Trees for Trees’ project whereby one tree is planted for every item sold. 

We also plant native trees in Australia in partnership with Green Fleet to offset our carbon emissions.

Please note due to the natural material used stumps may hold internal moisture which can over time release from items. Holes are drilled into the base to allow the timber to naturally expand and contract. Please avoid placing directly onto rugs or carpet unless sealed. Our recommendation is to place a non-slip sealed layer between stump and rugs or carpet to avoid staining/marking. Additionally, felt is suggested to add to the feet of stumps to avoid scratching any solid surfaces (timber, concrete floors etc)

Returns 

As we are a sustainable business, we do not make a large excess of stock and it is not always possible to offer an exchange for change of mind for an alternative style.

We personally inspect all items prior to the individual courier delivering your item/s and all items are sent in perfect condition. If your piece is damaged in transit we unquestionably provide a replacement at no extra cost.

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases.
