This little gal wasn’t “real wood” when I found her at an auction — and honestly, she wasn’t in great shape. But like many good stories, she had potential. She even took a tumble off my workshop table during the process, but I wasn\'t about to give up on her.

So, I rebuilt her… literally.

Her entire top and base were custom-crafted, and the exterior is adorned with a hand-applied raised stencil finish that gives her the texture and style she was missing. She’s painted in Bayberry by Fusion Mineral Paint, a soft green with earthy depth — perfect for quiet spaces.

She may be a solo nightstand, but she’s proof that beautiful things can still bloom after setbacks — and that not everything has to be perfect to be worth keeping.
