  2. 以同樣100°C水溫,手法低沖,溫柔定點注水


  3. 首1-3泡10-15秒出湯,其後視乎個人口味濃淡,調整浸泡時間

淺嚐茶湯,前段清甜糖香出色,後轉化為果甜蜜香。茶湯味道鮮活,古樹茶內含物質豐富,回甘迅速。微微茶氣內斂但後勁綿長,飲後回甜感最為印象深刻,甜感明顯且持久,甘香與柔和甜感意外合拍,平衡茶品「剛」與「柔」的風格。

2. 產地來源


 


關於攸樂山


攸樂山現名基諾山,歷來被列為古六大茶山之首,因此破壞也最厲害。攸樂山位於雲南省西雙版納州景洪市基諾鄉境內,隔補遠江(小黑江)與革登茶山、莽枝茶山、孔明山相望。基諾山東西長75公里,南北寬50公里,土壤以酸性紅壤為主,適合種茶。


一千多年前,攸樂人便開始在補遠江兩岸種茶。至今在龍帕村,巴來村留下兩千多畝古茶樹,其樹圍大多超過100公分。


攸樂古茶園主要以亞諾村為中心向四周散射,龍帕山最為集中。此外司土老寨、麼卓、巴飄也有老茶樹分佈,古茶園海拔1200一 1500米,面積約3000畝,很多是幾百年的古茶樹。茶種基本上是大葉種,偶有小葉種雜之。


 


3. 製作工藝


普洱茶是以雲南大葉種茶樹鮮葉加工而成,需經過殺青、揉捻、曬乾等過程。茶葉採摘後以自然方式發酵,茶性較刺激,放多年後茶性會轉溫和。
