The hand wrought frame is formed with elegant scrolling sides and gently splayed feet, supporting a rectangular perforated top with a rolled gallery edge and two small carrying rings at each end. Below, the integrated rack is composed of curved supports and central scrollwork designed to hold newspapers or magazines. The painted surface shows natural wear, with scattered chips, light oxidation, and minor bends consistent with use, all contributing to its authentic character.
