If dropped, epoxy can break. Please treat your tumbler with care.

With handmade items, minor imperfections may occur in the item and no handmade product is ever free of slight flaws or inconsistencies

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason unless solely initiated by Arndt We Creative, LLC.

Once an item leaves our hands, we cannot be held responsible for how long shipping takes or the package not being delivered or being delivered to the wrong address.  It is your responsibility to contact USPS to file a claim with the tracking that is provided. If your item arrives damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of your package being delivered with a picture of the item and the packaging it arrived in.
