The illustration was originally created for a large-scale interior mural and draws from the energy of “Star Portal”—an 18′ x 10′ work painted with spray paint, acrylic, and love. Printed using high-end sublimation, the artwork maintains its intricate linework and layered symbolism. The design includes references to cherry blossoms (sakura)—a poetic nod to the transience of life, a central concept in Japanese philosophy.
