HOT ! \"Embroidered Florals\" Vintage 1930\'s Peach Embroidered Lace Gown UK 10 US 6

Rendered in the softest shade of peach netted lace, with a delicate repeat embroidered floral pattern, this original 1930\'s gown, is just the piece to add to your vintage collection. 

The elegant V shaped neckline, is framed by pleated and gathered tulle along the edges of the sweetheart cut design of the décolletage. The triple straps, rendered in a soft shade of blush rayon, join together centrally along the shoulder line, and radiate outwards joining the top of the bodice. The bust-line is accented by gathered pleats along the décolletage which radiate along either side of the cups, drawing the eye to the central pointed seam along the front of the bodice. The decadent panelled cut of the lace overlay, drapes along the silhouette and is edged with mesh tape along to hemline, which accents the movement and subtle pleats along the skirt-line. The blush coloured rayon lining, is cut along the bias, allowing of the lace overly to drape along the silhouette.

Waist: from 26 inches to 30 inches ( cut on the bias) 

Hips: 42 inches  ( cut on the bias ) 

Size: UK 10 US 6 

Closures: The dress fastens along the side seam with 3 press studs

Condition: The dress is in near perfect vintage condition, with very faint signs of wear along the edges of the hemline, and a few very gentle age marks. There is a small sympathetic mend to the lace along the front left hand side of the hemline. A few very gentle age marks along the pleated and gathered tulle which edges the top of the bodice and gentle signs of wear to the tulle along the armpits. A few very small pin sized aged marks scattered along the embroidery floral details of the dress. These minor details are not apparent when the dress is being worn and only noticeable upon very close inspection. Please refer to the photographs as they form part of the condition report.
