Dlibaas does not currently offer refunds. We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do exchanges if the item is available. 

In order to qualify for exchange/store credit, you have to let us know the same day or next day it delievers. And store credit NEVER EXPIRES!

  After your return has been accepted you can mail back item(s) to the address emailed to you. If you choose to use the prepaid label, $10.00 will be deducted from your store credit. Please note that the prepaid label must be used within 3 business days or it will expire.
