1960s era sleeveless drop-waist dress made with 1940s cold rayon fabric. White grasses print on navy background. Knife pleats in the skirt, single button closure at back of neck, no other buttons or zippers- an over-the-head dress. Has two belt loops at natural waist for a optional belt addition.
