A rare vintage fabric from the Thai Ethnic Minority Group in Mai Chua, Northwest Vietnam. Magenta, cyan, and white silk threads are intricately woven into a black cotton base, creating delicate diamond-shaped patterns. Please note, this particular piece is vintage and has loose or rough threads. It’s a stunning example of handwoven craftsmanship and is becoming increasingly rare to find. Please understand the unique imperfections and hand-craft quality prior to purchasing.
In collaboration with a local Vietnamese organization, we aim to support and promote the traditional textile craftsmanship of women from the various ethnic minority groups in Northern Vietnam.
