elm vintage is an expression of Stephanie Marpe\'s love of vintage, sewing and my family. They use secondhand and vintage fabrics whenever it makes sense for the project they are working on. Stephaine says, \"My kryptonite is a good estate sale or a Facebook Marketplace post of just bins of fabric.\"

elm (ever loving mother) was the moniker her grandmother used when signing her letters and cards to Stephanie\'s mom. The tradition continued with the cards and letters her mom sent to Stephanie, all signed “elm.” Stephanie adopted this name for their small art business.

Handmade items are a love language. You don’t spend time and effort making something by hand if you don’t love the act of making or love the person you are making for. My hope is that you can sense that love in my art.
