直径14cmの落とし蓋です。

木屋のゆき平鍋150mmにぴったりのサイズです。

厳選された木曽さわら材を張り合わせた板を竹釘で接続しています。煮崩れを防ぎ、お料理をムラなく均等に煮上げます。

【プロの現場でも耐えうる、竹釘で強化した丈夫な落とし蓋】

長野県木曽郡で50年以上、木製品を作り続ける工房で作られた、ベテラン職人が一つひとつ手作業で生み出す逸品です。

和食の調理に欠かせない落とし蓋は、煮汁などの高温に晒され続けるため、木の張り合わせ部分が剥がれたり、反りが出たりしやすい道具です。

そこで、長く安心してお使いいただけるよう、木を張り合わせた面に「竹釘」を打ち込むことで強度を格段に高めました。さらに、持ち手となる桟（さん）を対角に入れることで蓋全体の反りを防ぎ、縦横のずれにも強い、堅牢な構造を実現しています。

職人の知恵と技により、プロの料理人も納得の丈夫さを実現した、長くご愛用いただけるこだわりの落とし蓋です。
