Use & Care

• Before first use, oil the pan sufficiently. No pre-seasoning is needed.


• Before each use, oil the pan sufficiently as well. As the surface gradually gets coated with oil over time, it become more resistant to rust and prevent food sticking.


• After use, promptly wash with a Japanese scourer or bamboo brush in hot water before the pan cools down. Avoid using detergent, which will remove accumulated oil on the surface.


• Take food out right after cooking; otherwise, the surface will be damaged or get a hole due to salinity or acidity.
