ふっくらとしただし巻き玉子を作るのに最も適した鍋です。銅は熱伝導率がとても優れているので鍋全体がすばやく均等に温まります。そのため、全体がふっくらムラなく焼きあがるのです。熱伝導率の良い銅鍋は、想像以上に速く鍋肌が高温になります。火加減には十分気を付けてご使用ください。気を抜いた隙に玉子焼きが焦げたり、空焚きすると表面に施した錫が熔けることがあります。

錫が熔けて小さな粒状に固まった場合でも、継続使用が可能です。気になる場合は錫の引き直しも承りますのでご相談ください。修理は有料、お預かりとなります。※この鍋の内側は、ひとつひとつ職人が手作業で錫を焼き付けています。引きムラや金属の飛びがありますが、不良ではございませんのでご安心ください。見た目は少し気になるかもしれませんが、機械仕上げのメッキと比べ錫が厚く丈夫な仕上がりとなるため昔ながらの手引きを採用しています。※ご使用上の注意やお手入れ方法は、同梱されている取扱説明書をご覧ください。
