Overview

A customizable fleece sherpa blanket designed for everyday comfort and a clean home finish. Your design prints on the top side, while the sherpa underside adds soft texture for relaxed evenings, gifting, and small-batch merch.

Design & Comfort

Made from 100% polyester fleece with a substantial 14.1 oz/yd² (480 g/m²) weight. The underside features a textured sherpa surface, and the edges are hemmed for durability and a neat border. Seam thread color is automatically matched to your design for a more cohesive look. Includes a sewn-in label. Available in two colors and two sizes.

Customization & Print Quality (DTF)

Your artwork is applied as a one-sided DTF print on the top side. DTF supports crisp detail and vibrant color, making it well suited for typography, illustration, and brand graphics. For best results, upload high-resolution files and keep key elements away from the edges.

Product Personalization & Live Design System

This product includes a professional real-time customization system that allows you to fully design your garment before placing your order.To ensure your customization is saved and applied correctly, please follow the steps below in the exact order shown.

Step 1 — Select Color & Size (Required First)

Before starting any customization, you must first select:

• Your preferred Color• Your Size

These selections are mandatory.They activate the correct product variant in the system.

Important:If Color and Size are not selected before clicking “Customize Your Design”, any design work you create may not be saved to your chosen product variant.This may result in your customization being lost and the design process having to be repeated from the beginning.

Selecting Color and Size first ensures that all your customization work is permanently attached to the correct product.

Step 2 — Click “Customize Your Design”

After selecting Color and Size, click “Customize Your Design” located under the product title.This will open the live design interface where you can instantly preview your artwork on the product.

The editor allows you to independently customize the following areas (availability may vary by product):

• Full Front• Full Back• Left Sleeve• Right Sleeve

Note:Print areas differ from product to product.Some products support Front, Back, Left Sleeve, and Right Sleeve printing, while others may support Front and Back only.Simply describe how you want your product to look — we will apply your design according to your instructions and the available print areas for that specific product.

All changes are reflected live on the product preview, allowing you to review your final result before checkout.

Step 3 — Select Print Areas & Pricing

After entering the editor, the first step is choosing where you want your design printed.

Please select the print areas you want to use:

• Front Print — Free• Back Print — + $7• Left Sleeve — + $5• Right Sleeve — + $5

Only the areas you select and pay for will be printed.If a placement area is not selected, no design will be applied to that section — even if artwork is uploaded.

This ensures you are only charged for the placements you actively use.

Step 4 — Front & Sleeve Customization

On the first customization screen, you will see three separate image slots:

• Image 1 → Full Front• Image 2 → Left Sleeve• Image 3 → Right Sleeve

You may upload your design to any of these areas.The moment an image is added or replaced, the product preview updates instantly.

If you choose not to customize a specific area, simply leave the default image unchanged.That area will remain blank and no design will be printed there.

File Upload Notice:Uploading a design file is optional.However, if you selected any print areas, uploading your artwork is strongly recommended for the best production result.

Step 5 — Back Customization

The second screen controls the back of the product:

• Image 1 → Full Back

If this image is left unchanged, the back remains blank.If you upload a design, it will appear as a full back design in the live preview.

Step 6 — Choose Design Placement (Front & Back)

If Front Print is selected, choose one:

• Center Chest• Left Chest• Wide Chest• Full Front

If Back Print is selected, choose one:

• Upper Back• Center Back• Full Back

These options control size, alignment, and overall visual balance.

Step 7 — Add Custom Text (Optional)

You may enter custom text to be added to your design.This field is optional and supports up to 50 characters.

Use it for names, dates, short messages, slogans, or special notes.

Step 8 — Order Notes (Production Instructions) — Required

This is the most important part of your customization.

In the Order Notes section, please describe exactly how you want your product to look.

You may specify:

• Text content• Text placement• Font style• Text size• Text direction• Priority order of elements

🖌️ Visual Preferences

You may also include guidance such as:

• “Make it more minimal.”• “Reduce the logo size.”• “Increase contrast.”• “Keep everything centered and balanced.”

📝 Example Notes

• “Left chest and full back. Large text on the back, small minimal name on the front.”• “Wide chest + upper back. Logo on front, ‘EST. 2025’ on the back.”• “Only full back. Front completely blank. Modern elegant font.”

Step 9 — Upload Your Design

Upload your artwork if available.

Supported formats:• PNG• JPG

Uploading is optional, but if you selected print areas, providing your artwork ensures the best final result.

Step 10 — Background Preference

Indicate whether your design should:

• Keep its background, or• Have the background removed (transparent)

This instruction may be written inside your Order Notes.
